How to delete your Alvoira account and data

Option 1: Delete from Dashboard

  1. Login to https://www.alvoira.com
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. All your data including Instagram tokens, generated videos, and personal info will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request

Send email to: support@alvoira.com
Subject: Delete My Data
Include: Your registered email address

We will delete all your data within 30 days and send confirmation.

What data gets deleted

  • Name, email, profile info
  • Instagram/Facebook access tokens
  • Connected Instagram account details
  • AI videos you generated/uploaded
  • Usage history and logs

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution as required by applicable law. This includes transaction records and security logs, retained for up to 90 days or as required by law.

Instagram Data

You can also revoke Alvoira's access anytime from:
Instagram App → Settings → Website Permissions → Alvoira → Remove

Or from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Alvoira → Remove

Once revoked, we immediately stop accessing your Instagram account. Associated access tokens and Instagram account data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days as per Meta Platform Policy.
