Our Free plan allows you to try Alvoira at no cost. Since no payment is required, no refunds apply to the Free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
For Creator and PRO subscription plans:
- 7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- No Refunds After 7 Days: After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewal Refunds: Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which our support team is unable to resolve
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service unavailability for an extended period due to issues on our end
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month or unused portion of a subscription
- Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window
- Automatic renewal charges
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Downgrade from a higher to a lower plan (pro-rated credits are not issued)
